Assistance From A Distance  Taylor-Made to suit as little or as much help as is needed – price dependent – can start from as early as one year before the wedding day

  1. Serenity at the end of the phone to walk you through the hiccups and wobbles that you may encounter and keep you calm

  2. Sufficient email and telephone contact that you feel necessary

  3. Regular advice on budget management, guidance on how to save money, tips on paying deposits and making payments

  4. Advise you how to make informed decisions regarding suppliers and email you a stock list of questions to ask to ensure they are suitable for you

  5. Organise a personal timetable to ensure you stay on schedule and are booking all the suppliers that you require for your wedding

  6. Advice on managing announcement cards, invitations & RSVP’s

  7. Advice at the end of the phone for those questions that you can’t find answers for


Take One Element (or two or three……) – To Save You Time   Wedding Supplier Search, price per task (negotiated hours dedicated time per task) For when you are overwhelmed by how many suppliers you need to research, contact, visit, book and pay for….

  1. Resourcing one of the many suppliers needed e.g. the venue, catering, photographer, videographer, florist, cake, transport, music, hotels for out of town guests, honeymoon help etc

  2. Offer a sample of three suppliers from which you can make your final choice

  3. Visiting the chosen supplier

  4. Booking the chosen supplier

A package may be Taylor-Made if it proves more cost effective.  A discount will be awarded from any other wedding planning services booked in conjunction with Take One Element.


At Your Service – Executive PA To The Bride   For a set fee negotiated per calendar month (max 3 hours per week).  A service for those brides who wish to be in full control of their wedding, but need a little administrative help

  1. Offer full assistance to the bride – and occasional humour when needed

  2. Take advantage of my contacts and the discounts I am afforded

  3. Advice at the end of the phone for any planning assistance

  4. Unlimited telephone contact and face to face by appointment (charged as part of the weekly hours)

  5. Regular advice on budget management, guidance on how to save money, tips on paying deposits and making payments

  6. Co-ordinate any task the bride may request

  7. Advise you how to make informed decisions regarding suppliers and email you a stock list of questions to ask to ensure they are suitable for you

  8. Accompany bride to visit suppliers (charged as part of the weekly hours)

Extra hours may be billed at (50%) of original negotiated price when taking this option.


Invitation Service/RSVP’s    This can be a surprisingly stressful taskPrice negotiable dependent on time required and quantities.

  1. Compiling a guest list – a good place to start

  2. Sending “Save The Date” cards

  3. Selecting the correct invitations to compliment the wedding scheme or theme

  4. Sending out invitations for the ceremony and wedding breakfast

  5. Sending out invitations for the evening reception (if separated)

  6. Managing the replies and chasing late responders to ensure numbers are known for suppliers


Something for Him – The Groom Has Tasks Too  Price negotiable on tasks required / time required

  1. Speech assistance

  2. Groom & Best Man’s Attire – Assistance

  3. Thank you gifts for: Best Man, Ushers, page boys

  4. Any wedding planning element you feel may remove further stress from your fiancé

  5. Advice on a present for your new bride, to thank her for all her hard work preparing your perfect wedding day & for just being her.

  6. Honeymoon advice and research plus booking and confirmation
